“Moving into this condo has been a great decision for us. The location is ideal — close to downtown East Greenwich and the waterfront, while still offering open space and a heated garage. We also love the open layout of the unit, the natural light, the large closets, and the modern amenities, all of which helped this stand out compared to the other places we looked at. What really makes it unique is being able to walk to downtown, the waterfront, and to Goddard Memorial State Park while still enjoying the benefits of new construction, which is very hard to find. 

Another thing we’ve really enjoyed is the community in the building. The residents are a nice mix of different ages and backgrounds, which has made it feel very welcoming.

It’s also great being able to run down Ives Road without dealing with stoplights, and being within walking distance of hiking trails, the farmers market, and the waterfront. We also love how easy it is to get away for the day, whether heading to nearby beaches or catching the Block Island Ferry.
